Mit dieser Homepage möchte ich den Interessierten selbst aufgenommene Astrofotos und das hierfür erforderliche Equipment vorstellen.
Viele dieser Aufnahmen sind an meinem Wohnort - Stadtrandlage von Krefeld - entstanden.
Da sich dort die Lichtverschmutzung des Nachthimmels schon deutlich auf die Qualität der Fotos auswirkt, versuche ich Urlaub und Hobby zu kombinieren und mache Astroreisen in andere, dunklere Gegenden der Erde (s. Locations).

With this homepage I would like to present my astronomical images.
Many of the images were taken at my home in a suburban area of Krefeld, Germany.
Unfortunately, the light pollution of the sky there clearly affects the quality of the images.
Therefore, I try to combine vacation and hobby for astrotravelling to other, darker locations of the earth (see Locations).
